Show apartment interiors and exteriors – Rajesh Lifespaces.

Rajesh Lifespaces was looking to develop a sales gallery and a show apartment for their grand project titled White City in Kandivali. The four bedroom apartment was to evoke a feeling of grandeur while maintaining the simple contemporary character of their buildings.
The show apartment was designed thematically with every room having its own identity. The common areas like the living, dining and the corridor tied all the rooms together with a strong design element like the screen near the dining table. The apartment was designed to invoke a sense of homeliness in the upper middle class buyer and a need to yearn for a house like that. Efforts were made to create spaces for better utility with simple finishes and at the same time make the house look grand and rich in appearance. Serene landscape at the entrance was created to have a calming effect on the visitor.
