Corporate Office + Experience Centre – Boon Edam, Navi Mumbai

When Dutch entrance technology leader Boon Edam decided to establish its India base in Navi Mumbai, the objective was clear: create a functional and brand-aligned space that combined corporate operations with an engaging product display and training centre.

The project was located on the upper floor of a facility building that also housed their fabrication and storage units. The design approach leveraged this industrial context, dividing the upper level into two interconnected zones:

• The first half functioned as the corporate office, housing workstations and meeting spaces.

• The second half was conceived as a display and experience centre, showcasing Boon Edam’s product line.

A key feature of the layout was the multi-functional boardroom, designed with sliding partitions that allowed it to seamlessly transform into a training space. When opened, it connected directly to the display zone, enabling larger gatherings, product demos, and client walkthroughs—blurring the boundary between presentation and workplace.

The material palette was intentionally minimal and refined, placing emphasis on spatial clarity and functionality. Brand identity was subtly reinforced through the use of Boon Edam’s house colours, integrated into the interior elements to create a cohesive and professional environment.

The result is a versatile, future-forward workplace that reflects the company’s technological ethos while supporting both day-to-day operations and immersive client interactions.
