Located on hilly terrain near Pawna Dam in Tungi village, the house enjoys breathtaking views of Tung Fort and the mountain range to the east. Set on half an acre of land, it opens to a generous verandah that greets the rising sun.

Designed to embrace its natural setting, the home features large, skylit rooms and expansive bathrooms that invite the outdoors in. Cross-ventilation ensures cool breezes move freely throughout the space, enhancing comfort year-round. At the heart of the house lies a spacious, squarish verandah—a central gathering space that ties all the rooms together.

Earthy tones of terracotta run throughout, echoing the surrounding geology and establishing a warm, grounded atmosphere that feels both timeless and rooted in place.
