The P. R. Vakil Center for Optics represents the first phase of a visionary redevelopment, conceived as a state-of-the-art tertiary care center and a hub for advanced research in ophthalmology. The new facility is housed in a purpose-built annex connected to the existing hospital at the first-floor level, creating seamless integration between old and new.
