Multicuisine Restaurant – Taj SATS Air Catering Ltd.

In an era defined by constant change in time, space, and behavior, the design of this restaurant embraces the concept of fluidity—translating it into a 200-foot-long sculptural curve that becomes the central spatial narrative.

This fluid form emerges from the access lobby as an illuminated wall, subtly guiding visitors into the restaurant’s inner volume. It rises to envelop and light the central dining area, twists into the bar, and finally unfolds into the buffet counter—serving both as a wayfinding element and a dynamic spatial feature that defines movement and experience.

Seating is integrated into the fluid form itself, offering intimate, sculpted booths, while additional structured seating around it provides balance and variety. The ceiling design, composed of cloud-like elements, diffuses soft indirect lighting, enriching the ambient quality and enhancing the immersive dining experience.

Wall treatments and visual partitions, echoing the ceiling’s texture, are strategically extruded to create a sense of depth and privacy, without disrupting the open flow of the space. Large glass panes along the perimeter establish a visual connection to the outside world, allowing in natural light and framing views of planted greenery, offering guests a tranquil environment while creating visual interest from the exterior.

The kitchen area is discreetly separated from the dining zone via a vestibule and buffet counter, ensuring both operational efficiency and visual continuity.

This restaurant is a spatial experience shaped by motion and light—where architecture, function, and form seamlessly intertwine to reflect the ethos of a brand that caters to both luxury and efficiency.
